The Crossland Group was founded in 2000 serving two key clients, IBM and the World Bank Group. Working with these clients, we became early innovators in leveraging the intersections of the private and public sector. Today, given that fifty percent of Crossland’s clients are non-profit/public sector organizations, and the other fifty percent are private sector companies, our insights about how to help leaders demonstrate both business and social impact are fundamental to our work.
