George Pohle, Senior Consultant
George has had extensive strategic and operational transformation experience in executive line roles and as a consultant to many industries on a global basis. His last project focused on developing a complete strategic redirection and operational turnaround of a global technology firm based in New Zealand. George has led numerous similar large-scale transformation efforts over the last thirteen years as a partner and practice leader at IBM Global Services, Mainspring, and Gemini Consulting. He has also supported multiple startups and not-for-profit organizations, including Project Literacy U.S., the Association for Management Consulting Firms, and the African Medical and Research Foundation (Flying Doctors). George has been featured in Harvard Business Review, Forbes, and other publications, as well as on live television and radio.
Vicky Keith, Senior Consultant
For over twenty-five years, Vicky has consulted with large corporations in the areas of complex organizational change and strategy implementation. She specializes in getting groups of powerful people to come to conclusions that they will stand behind. Vicky is formerly the director in Boston University School of Management’s Executive Programs. Before entering the consulting field, she was on the faculty of the University of Missouri, the University of Maine, and the University of Maryland Extension in Japan.

Lawrence Epps, Jr., is a former IBM executive with over thirty years of global experience in the IT industry and over fifteen years of executive consulting experience in the areas of leadership and organizational development, human capital management, and client satisfaction management.
